Good Elf Software SMS Program
Program name: Good Elf Software Alerts and Verification.
Program description: Good Elf Software sends operational SMS messages to customers, employees, and authorized contacts. Messages may include system availability alerts, recovery notices, service status updates, account notifications, phone number confirmation codes, and one-time passcodes.
Message frequency varies based on account activity, user requests, phone verification events, and monitored system events. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
You consent to receive SMS messages from Good Elf Software when you provide your phone number for alerts or verification and agree to receive text messages. Consent may be collected through a Good Elf Software web form, customer onboarding process, support request, or written approval to an authorized Good Elf Software administrator before SMS notifications are enabled.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out and Help
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. After you send STOP, we may send a final confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.
