Compensation
Commission only; no base salary, subject to applicable wage-and-hour and worker-classification law. Commission rate, eligible sales, payment timing, territory, expenses, and engagement terms are provided in writing before an agreement. Earnings are not guaranteed.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a prospect pipeline for Good Elf Software products and custom development services.
  • Learn each prospect's workflow, pain points, buying process, and success criteria before proposing a solution.
  • Run clear discovery conversations, coordinate demonstrations, and keep accurate follow-up notes.
  • Work directly with product and technical leadership to set honest expectations and support a smooth handoff.
  • Represent Good Elf with practical communication, reliable follow-through, and respect for the customer's time.

What helps you succeed

  • Experience selling B2B software, SaaS, professional services, construction technology, or operational systems.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote, results-oriented role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with disciplined pipeline follow-up.
  • Ability to learn technical products without overstating features or promising unapproved work.
  • Existing relationships in construction, field services, manufacturing, energy, or operations are helpful.

Junior Software Developer

Grow as a full-stack developer while helping maintain and extend practical, SQL-backed business applications. You will work with experienced engineers on real customer workflows, small auditable changes, and dependable releases.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain server-rendered ASP.NET Core MVC features in C#.
  • Write clear, parameterized SQL Server and T-SQL for application data and reporting.
  • Improve Razor views, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while preserving accessible, responsive behavior.
  • Develop and consume REST APIs and integrations with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Test changes, document assumptions, review feedback, and support controlled deployments.
  • Investigate defects carefully and communicate what the evidence shows.

What helps you succeed

  • Working knowledge of C#, .NET, object-oriented programming, and web fundamentals.
  • Basic experience with SQL, relational data modeling, and source control with Git.
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET Core MVC, Razor, JavaScript, REST APIs, or SQL Server is helpful.
  • Curiosity, careful debugging habits, and willingness to ask precise questions.
  • Coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional experience that demonstrates practical software development.
